Please note: if you are choosing two courses for the week, you can drop your child off for
their first course and pick them up when the second course ends.
Children will be provided with a supervised activity break in-between courses.
BIG Canvas Creative Writing
Workshop
Does your child love painting? Are they able to express their superb ideas verbally but find it challenging to get those same thoughts onto paper?
BIG canvas paintings will serve as a springboard for the imagination! Students will be taught creative writing strategies and techniques in a fun, positive and empowering way!
This workshop is perfect for ages 8 - 14.
Two highly qualified Specialist Teachers will work in small groups and on a one-to-one basis with every student. Three experienced Art Assistants will work with students to develop their canvases using acryclic paints and mixed media.
All abilities are welcome as the course is highly differentiated! It is an especially supportive enviroment for children who are identifiied with dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia and difficulties with working memory.
£445 per child for the week, includes specialist teaching, all materials, further guidance and ideas for follow-up strategies!
10 places only per course.

The Art of Spelling Course
A creative spelling course designed for children from ages 6 - 10 who love to make and design, paint and draw but find spellings a challenge to retain.
Let's get your child learning with memory techniques for those pesky high frequency words and homophones!
The Art of Spelling is a creative course designed to help your child approach their spellings in a fun, friendly, inspiring & very small group setting!
Also taking inspiration from famous dyslexic artists such as:
- Leonardo Divinci
- Andy Warhol
- Rauschenberg
- Jackson Pollack
Delivered by a highly qualified and experienced Specialist Teacher and three Art Assistants.
All children are welcome - particularly those identified with dyslexia and those struggling with working memory challenges.
£335 per child for the week, includes specialist teaching, all materials, further guidance & ideas for follow-up strategies!
